Hypnotherapy


We don’t know what we don’t know. How do we get access to what it is we do know, but lies in our unconscious brains, and so we don’t know, what it is we could know? We can get there through the power of hypnosis.
Hypnosis. What is that? Is that where you make me bark like a dog, up on stage?Hypnosis is not that, and nobody can make you do anything that you don’t want to do. That is stage hypnosis, and we will leave the clucking chickens and barking dogs, to the comedians, and stage hypnotists.
Everybody has experienced hypnosis, at some point in time. Have you ever driven a car, and arrived at the destination, but can’t remember making the drive, for a significant period of the time you spent driving?

Of course you have, and when you did, you were undergoing a form of hypnosis. You were in a daze. You were aware, and unaware, simultaneously.
Hypnosis is a state of mind in which you are very relaxed. You are not so relaxed that you fall asleep, but you are relaxed enough to be receptive to new information. When you’re relaxed, the mind is able to access information that you know. You are able to tell yourself what you need to know.
You gain the ability to reach into new levels of awareness. You can do it quicker, then traditional psychotherapy, where words are the primary method of accessing information.
Hypnotherapy is a method of accessing information, at the unconscious level, and processing that information, into goals, and delivering messages that you need to know, to move closer to light, and further from darkness. You are not in the ego state of mind where you are analyzing the information, you are just accepting it into your unconscious brain.
Self -hypnosis can be taught, and self delivered. It is possible to write your own hypnotic scripts specific to you and your needs. You can tell yourself these scripts before sleep, or during a specific time during the day, and reprogram your own brain.
Hypnotherapy can be effective in managing anxiety and depression. The deep meditative and relaxed state, calms, and can reach the source of what you need to know to manage through. The ability to place yourself in your own meditative and hypnotic state can be learned, and self delivered.
